Cinebun remembers, so you don't have to.

Every morning it tells me who needs a message: who hasn't paid, who went quiet, whose wedding is close with no day plan yet. It writes the message. I read it and press Send. Nothing goes out unless I say so.

I can switch each one off, and most have a number of days I can change. Nothing sends by itself. The one exception is automatic payment reminder emails, which are off until I turn them on.

Your portal, your way.

Couples sign and pay on a page of their own. With a website or without one, that part works the same.

No website? You're set.

I host your portal at an address with your name on it. One click in Settings and it's live. There is nothing to set up.

Already have a website?

Keep it. Your portal sits beside it, and you have three ways to join them up.

  1. Link to your portal from your site.It's an ordinary web address, so a button or a menu link is all it takes.
  2. Let your site's inquiries come to me.Your portal has an address a contact form can send to. They show up in Cinebun, and in Follow-ups as "Inquiry waiting" until I answer. The form needs a little setup on your side.
  3. Or run it on your own Cloudflare account.Cinebun sets the portal up inside your own Cloudflare account, using a key you paste in once. Then it lives with you instead of on my servers. It's under Advanced in Settings, Client portal. Already running one? Paste its address and key.

Here's what it does for me on a Tuesday.

Tap the numbers. It's my real Home screen, with sample data.

The Producer home. Cash in is $11,800, the September goal is 76% and ahead of pace, Ava and Noah's deposit is 7 days late, and four dates are coming up.
  1. Anything late turns red. When a payment slips past its due date, the job goes red. Cinebun fills in the reminder, and you send it from your own Messages.
  2. The next step. Each job tells you the one thing it needs from you, so you never have to reread a text thread to remember where you left off.
  3. Your goal. This ring is your goal for the month. It fills on its own as clients pay, so you know if you're on track without doing spreadsheet math.
  4. What's coming. Your next shoots and deliveries, soonest first, so a due date can't sneak up on you.
  5. Money in. What has actually landed this month, not what's been promised. The little line shows how this month compares with the ones before.
