Everything it does

• Who needs a message today. Cards for a late payment, a quote with no answer, a client gone quiet, a wedding with no day plan.
• The message is already written. Read it, press Send. Nothing goes out unless you say so.
• Why you're seeing it. Every card says which rule put it there.
• Snooze or Done. A card comes back only if the reason does.
• Rules you can switch off. Most have a number of days you can change.

• People. Clients and contacts, next to their jobs.
• Message templates. "You're booked", "Payment reminder", "Week-of check-in" and more.
• Your own Mail and Messages. A template opens there, filled in, ready to send.
• Reminders. A payment overdue, a quote with no answer, a client gone quiet.
• Estimates become invoices. Accept one and the invoice is there.

• Sign, pay and fill in details. All three on their phone.
• A page with your name on it. One click in Settings and it is live at yourstudio.cinebun.app.
• Lands on the job. A payment shows up without you typing it in.

I host it, or you can run it on your own Cloudflare account. Payments through the portal run in test mode until Cinebun launches.

• Back up and sort. Plug in a card, pick a drive, press one button.
• Checked copies. Each clip is copied, then read back to make sure it matches.
• Sorted by job. Clips go to the job whose shoot date they match, and are grouped by moment of the day.
• A short list to look at. Clips that look too dark, too bright, blurry or frozen get a flag. I decide what happens to them.

A clip that matches no job waits in Not matched. It is never guessed.

• Payment plans. A deposit and a balance, each with a due date.
• Bank transfer comes first. Card is one tap away, and a card fee is off unless I turn it on.
• Payments move the job. When one lands, the job and Home catch up.
• Goals with a pace. For the month, the quarter and the year.
• Expenses and tax. What you spent, and what to set aside.

It's off until you turn it on, and the app works without it. It can run on your own computer, so nothing leaves it. Nothing is resold.
